4. Refund policy
Since ClippingPathOutsource (CPO Experts) is providing graphic design, image editing, or vector conversion services, we do not issue refunds/exchanges once the order is successfully completed and you satisfied with the quality of work. We do not charge in advance. You are being charged when the job is successfully completed and the items you downloaded. There is no risk of paying us or no need refund policy since you are only being charged after the job is done. We can set an agreement for the payment procedure weekly or monthly basis upon discussion with both parties.
5. Warranty or Guarantee
We assure 100% guarantee for all of our services, namely Multi-Clipping Path, Image Masking, Image Retouching, Image Manipulation, Image Shading, Image enhancement, Image Editing, Raster to Vector conversion, or all designing tasks that's belonged to our capabilities upon discussion with both parties. We are always on network offering support via Email, Skype or sometimes via mobile. Our preferable support is via email because in 24 hours someone will be available to contact you via email with any regards. To some extend, if you need correction of the completed tasks and if it is an error from our team, then we will do correction it immediately. On the other hand, if you include any new requirements which we have to do newly then we will charge you (upon discussion).
